    I'm watching the segment and when Contessa asks Devon why she chose brisket, Devon comments (smartly that it's "New York Chili". Interesting, when Contessa describes it as "Texas Chili" at the end of the segment.

    Who's to say?

    At any rate, I'm going to get the ingredients and try this. It looks amazing!

    As much as I love most of Ina's recipes I have to agree with the previous review: this is NOT chili! No self respecting Texan would be caught dead putting beans or basil in their chili. Ina next time you do tex mex please make sure your guest is a TEXAN and that your recipes come from the Lone Star State!
