Ingredients

  • 2 large heads cabbage, chopped
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 green or red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon celery seed
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 3 carrots, shredded
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons sugar

Directions

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

    i think the tablespoon of pepper should be a teaspoon. i made it for a casual dinner party for 12 & no one ate it i even... added an extra bag of cabbage. it didn't help!Read more
