This is soooo goooood. We make this meatloaf exactly as described once a week. Our entire family looks forward to meatloaf night every week and there are never any leftovers.

Loved it! Easy, moist and tasty. A big hit with my family. Here are my modifications: doubled recipe using 1 lb ground turkey and 1 lb ground sirloin, substituted BBQ sauce (Sweet Baby Rays, added 1 seeded poblano pepper divided-most of it in the meat mixture and some as topping on BBQ sauce added before baking. While I doubled the recipe, doubling the BBQ sauce was too much since most of it remained on top after baking (my BBQ loving family agrees. Next time I'll start with 1 cup and adjust depending on how it looks. Biggest surprises: I'm not a horseradish fan but it really worked in this recipe, not intense at all. I loooved the BBQ sauce flavor with the poblano although I'm not a BBQ sauce fan. Glad it worked since I was out of ketchup. Next time I will add fresh garlic.

Loved it!!! Simple, (I used beef, pork & veal mixture and it came out so moist and flavorful. I only used 1 lb of meat, next time I will double it. Yum!!

This was great. Several friends said it was the best they had tried. I followed the recipe, added 1/3 cup chopped poblano pepper. For topping 1/2 ketchup 1/2 Herdez salsa. Tres Bien!

I loved this meatloaf, it was easy and quick to make. I don't like and didn't have horseradish so I omitted it. I added 2 cloves of garlic with the onion in my food chopper. As for the ketchup I used the glaze from Aunt Peggy's Meatloaf by Paula Dean for the top. Tasted even better the next day. The texture was perfect.

My partner hates horseradish...I never told him it was in the meatloaf until he was helping with the dishes...he said it was the best he had ever eaten! Thanks Guy's mum for this recipexxx

Loved it very much never thought to add horseradish, and for the sauce I mixed a little Brer Rabbit Syrup which is hard to fine and oh boy!!! That brings out a favor.

When I make my meatloaf I eliminate the mustard and add 1/2 cup
bbq sauce in with the meat and just enough bbq sauce on top of
the meatloaf...I like the flavor of bbq sauce. Will have to
try with the mustard mixed in with the bbq sauce and the meatloaf
    next time.
