This recipe is pretty tasty and I have made it a few times. I add barbecue sauce on top instead of the ketchup.

My whole family loved it. There were no leftovers. I think the horseradish gave it a unique taste.

My boyfriend and I loved this recipe! He is VERY picky about his meatloaf and loved this one over another Food Network Chef's book recipe!

I will be making this in the future and passing along to friends and family!

    THANKS FOOD NETWORK!!!

I like the horseradish, but think next time I'll mix in the ketchup and use about 1/8th as many breadcrumbs.

I followed the recipe exactly and found this meatloaf to be bland with WAY too much ketchup (as did my husband. If you doctor the recipe with some garlic, more salt and less ketchup it could definitely be better, but then it's a different recipe isn't it? I will not use this again.

The texture of the meat loaf was close to the texture of canned dog food. and the taste wasn't so hot either.

If you like boring meatloaf, this is the one. Basically had no taste, very bland. Receipe says it came from a "chef" - apparently he knows nothing of taste, spices or meatloaf lovers. This receipe needs a bit more zip and salt. I found myself adding seasonings AFTER it was fully cooked.
Foodnetwork really should have tried this one first before publishing.
