I can't believe how good this meatloaf was. The consistancy is perfect. I added some bell pepper but that is it. It was wonderful. It is a keeper for sure.

This meatloaf was fantastic. Easy to make, moist and it reminded me of the meatloaf I had in a diner a long time ago.

Made this very quickly. Didn't even have the Worcestershire or horseradish sauces, but still was tasty anyway. Recommend it as a fast thing to whip up. If you make it in a shallower pan, it only needs to cook for around 20 minutes at 350 too.

Good flavor and easy to make. I like to use a sweet chili sauce on top instead of catsup.

I suggest using a 1/2 cup of ketchup instead of 1 cup.

My husband and I really enjoyed this meatloaf. I doubled the recipe except for the breadcrumbs & ketchup, and substitued Thai ground chile for the horseradish (which I didn't have. I will use it as my favorite meatloaf recipe.

I made this for my family and they really liked it. Even my 4 year old! I did not have dry mustard and just used some yellow mustard instead. I also added some garlic after reading someone else's review. I will be making this for my family again.

this dish gets better the next time. personally i kicked up the horseradish/dry mustard a bit and minced up a couple cloves of garlic to add to the mix. catsup might be a bit excessive if you use a cup, i simply glazed the top of the loaf with a light drizzle straight from the bottle, maybe 1/2 cup overall. i take leftovers in a tupperware container to work and reheat on the locomotive engine. excellent. enjoy. thumbs up comfort food!
