    This recipe is great.....i used mild italian sausage b/c the kids don't like things real spicy but after taking theirs out, i added cayenne pepper to ours to make it spicy and it was excellent. i will definitely make this again and again!

    I thought the flavors were great, the vegetables, sausage & cheese with a little mariana sauce made for a great sandwich.

    The recipe was easy and delicious. I also added a splash of red wine to the mixture before placing on rolls. MMmmm.
