    I loved this recipe. I paid attention to the comments about too much nutmeg, though and just added as much as I thought would taste good with that amount of spinach. Great tasting and really easy!

    I used half the feta cheese and unsalted butter. Also, I increased the dill and used fresh spinach. It was great...and the leftovers were even better. I was afraid the phyllo dough wouldn't be flakey when reheated in the mircowave, but it was.

    While I like the use of nutmeg in several dishes, using it in this dish leaves a taste of vomit in your mouth. I mean this seriously... not trying to be gross... without the nutmeg, this recipe is great!
