    This meat was so delicious. My husband & I loved it! Even our 16 mo old enjoyed it too. We did sliced gruyere cheese instead of the swiss and wegman's super soft submarine rolls instead of the sourdough and the sandwiches were so yummy! I'm excited to make it again.

    Calories? What calories? Hearty (to say the least, and, if like me, you need to count those calories, you already know the basics for eliminating some of the obvious overkill. Try it once, full on... OMG!

    I made this the first time the other night, exactly as the recipe says. My family said not to change a thing....very...very good.

    I made this for my husband last night. He isn't a big fan of Tri tip, so I'm always trying to find a new way to fix it. He loved this recipe. The only thing we changed was we added mayo with a lot of horseradish. We will make this again.
