Makes a great pulled pork sandwich! Being from Cajun Country, I've served it plain with rice and gravy. Soooo easy and time friendly for a Mom who never stops until her head hits the pillow at night. I control what is in my son's BBQ sandwich. No worries, and he loves it.

This was so easy. I put the 4lb roast in the slow cooker at 8:30am. It was done by 4:30pm. I took it out, shredded it right away and tossed it in the heated bbq sauce and served it right away. I used a McCormick pork rub. Great picnic!

Easy and simple. Used leftover pork loin roast with vegetables, potatoes, carrots, celery and onions. Terrific.
    Thank you.

This was SOOOO good. The pork just pulled apart. Of course the sauce you choose will determine the outcome of the dish. I used Sonny's for the first time. I have a new favorite. You will too. It's like eating out. Very little effort and a big payoff.

I was looing for a new way to cook a pork roast I bought and came upon this recipe. I just let if simmer all day and it turned out fantastic! My husband can't stop raving. I think I'm going to make this for my next party- the meat is tender, juicy and flavorful.
