I have made this recipe so many times.. Sirloin steaks work fine, and is so tasty.. its easy but does take time.. Beef needs to get tender..But its easy and well worth it.. Wish he was on food channel to "cook"

Excellent recipe! I left the horseradish out, because I didn't have any, and added a little paprika, garlic powder, and mustard powder. Huge hit with the family! Very good!

Yum! And quite simple too. I left out the horseradish and it was still good! The meat was tender without having to brown it first. This is a keeper in my recipe file!

we had a lot of leftover sirloin strip steak leftovers from BBQ, this recipe is the best! None of that mushroom grey looking sop......This is the BEST! Thanks Mr Irvine!

GREAT one pot meal... two with noodles.. VERY EASY. I started with tips, which helped, but it all came together. We added the horseradish individually. Even though it made sense, I wasn't sure. I tried it both ways,, and it is great even if you eliminate it. My husband is allergic to mushrooms, so we also omitted it. I like this recipe because when I make this dish, it generally calls for browning of the beef, and I ALWAYS overcook it because I'm worried about it being undercooked. This recipe cooks the meat differently, so no tough meat.

One of the best beef stroganoff dishes I have ever fixed. Took a little tweeking to thwart my brothers alergy, but none the less was a huge hit around the house...

    Best Dishes,
