    This is so easy to make & SOOOO good. I used a pre-packaged cole slaw mix from the store to save time & added some chopped green onions. Served it with pulled pork sandwiches (Tyler Florence's recipe & steak fries. The husband raved!

    Let me start by saying I'm extremely particular when it comes to cole slaw and I rarely find any that I like. The taste and texture has to be just right. This recipe is perfect. I was so excited when I took the first bite and realized it was the exact thing I love in cole slaw, just like my grandma used to make when I was a child. Everyone at dinner commented on it several times and someone even asked me for the recipe. I will be making this again and again. The best part is it was so simple to make! I highly reccomend this recipe, it was delicious!

    This recipe was simple, absolutely delicious and a hit with everyone at our picnic. Although I didn't like cole slaw as a child, my siblings told me it was a good as Mom's.

    Served this with BBQ ribs and it was perfect - not too sweet, not too creamy, not too tart (from the vinegar.

    It's already so easy to make, but to make it even easier, Whole Foods sells a "cole slaw" package of pre-shredded cabbage (green and red and carrots. One package is the perfect amount for this recipe.
