This was a wonderful dish that was full of flavor. The Mahi Mahi was perfectly complemented by the mango sauce, that wasn't too sweet. The risotto was creamy and delicious.

Great flavors and easy to make. I used swordfish instead of the mahi and it still turned out great.

It is quite an ellegant dish and contains a unique flavor. Of course, this dish is not cheap with the usage of saffron and is best kept for a special occasion--such as a wedding. Enjoy!
