  • 2 cups grated Parmesan
  • 2 tablespoons dry mustard
  • 1/4 cup cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons whole coriander, ground
  • 1 tablespoon fennel seed
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

This appetizer was AWFUL! I am all for spice, but this was so spicy (and not in a good way that it had our guests choking and running for multiple glasses of water. 1/4 cup cayenne pepper just seems like WAY too much...maybe it's a misprint? We threw the whole batch away.

These are easy to make and are very spicy. They go perfectly with the Creole Ceasar Salad on this site.
