I've been looking for a great BBQ chicken recipe and had to try this one because of all the wonderful reviews its received. I followed the recipe exactly. It looks like a lot of work and time because of the vinaigrette, rub and BBQ sauce that has to be prepared. However, I made this chicken twice over the past week for company because it was THAT GOOD!! Everyone at my parties raved about it. The taste is so delicious and once you make it the first time, it'll move quicker putting everything together the next time. It's my new favorite grill recipe. Thanks Neelys!!!

I gave recipe a try since I love chicken and anything on the grill ..... I did everything exactly as stated now its my go recipe for all occassions !

Fabulous!! I had brined the chicken so didn't bother with the dressing/rub. Only simmered the sauce for about 1/2 hour - didn't have time to do longer, but don't think it mattered at all. This is at the top of the list of any bbq chicken I've ever made. I used leg quarters because they're the best for bbq.

REVIEW ONLY FOR THE SAUCE: I have went 28 years (my entire life! and never liked BBQ sauce... that is until today. I made this BBQ sauce recipe for some chicken legs & thighs we were going to put on the grill. We did NOT do the Italian dressing or the BBQ seasoning. (baby steps, people!

I made the BBQ sauce (followed it step-by-step let it cool and put in the the refrigerator. We put some pepper and lawry's on the chicken, put it on the grill w/ some butter (to make the skin crispy and put the BBQ sauce on it. OMG! LOVED!

My husband who likes BBQ everything said this was the best sauce. It has turned me, a self-declared hater of BBQ into a lover! I can't wait to use the rest of it! Thanks Neely's!

Fantastic and worth all the preparation. We made it in the oven, and my husband declared it to be just about the best chicken he had ever had. The BBQ sauce is fantastic and tastes a thousand times better than anything out of the bottle! We will make this a lot this summer.

This barbecue sauce is AWESOME! I don't always enjoy watching the Neeley's show, but I'll have to say, they definitely do know how to cook! I have been using the sauce on everything since I first made it. The chicken is good too, by the way. If you like tangy barbecue sauce, this is it! It is great! I had it again tonight with meatballs. Wonderful!

WOW!!! the reviews are amazing...I watched the video and saved it to my favorites..my husband returns from Iraq in 18 days believe you me i will be making this but until then i will practice and make it for my bestie so she can taste to give me thumbs up. thank you Neelys you are very helpful!!!!!
