3 words.. YUM, YUM, and YUM! I cheated and used a bottled Italian dressing but it was still REALLY good. The sauce was the icing on the cake!

Delicious, this is the way to make BBQ Chicken! The spices and other ingredients make a great marinade and the bbq sauce was awesome. We grilled chicken breasts, thighs, and legs, as well as thin pork chops-instead of chicken halves (we'll try that next time. We did not change any of the steps for the marinading and grilling process. The only addition I made was some cayenne pepper to the dry spice mixture and just a few dashes of tobasco to the bbq sauce for just a little background heat. Everyone loved it! We'll use again!

This was wonderful. I didn't want to make the huge batch of Neelys BBQ Seasoning so I scaled it down. 1 tablespoon paprika, 3/4 tablespoon sugar and rounded 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder was enough seasoning for two cut up chickens.
This is the best barbecue sauce we've ever tasted.

We had this for a barbecue over the 4th of July weekend and it was a huge hit. A bit of work, but worth it.

The chicken was nice and moist, but we found the flavors to be a bit overpowering for the mild chicken. I'm not sure it was worth all the effort.

So, the recipe calls for 2T of Neely's seasoning in the italian marinade, but the ingredient list indicates twice that amount is needed - 1/4 cup. So, does the missing 2T of seasoning come into play at the point where we marinade the chicken "coat with Italian dressing and evenly season with Neelys seasoning"? The video doesn't mention or show any additional use of the seasoning. Thoughts anyone? We're having this for our 4th of July celeb - I'm rating it high assuming it will live up to prior reviewers excellent ratings.

The Italian dressing marinade is a perfect all around chicken marinade and we will use biweekly-it gave us flavorful, juicy chicken breasts. Following the recipe, we brushed the BBQ sauce on marinated chicken breasts towards the end of grilling and they were perfect--absolutely restaurant quality.

We had a lot of sauce left over. I am using it as a condiment, like ketchup on burgers. We had a lot of chicken left over and shredded it for sandwiches the next day. Excellent recipe for an excellent outcome. Thank you, Neelys, for sharing this recipe.

I absolutely love the BBQ sauce! I used yellow mustard and white distilled vinegar because I didn't have ground mustard and apple cider vinegar. I used boneless skinless chicken breasts and baked them in the oven for 45 minutes. My husband wanted to give them a 4 because he felt it was a little tangy but I loved the tangy taste! Hmmm good!

This is by far the best BBQ I have ever had. My parents enjoyed this as well. I served it with Orzo rice with peas and tomatoes and fontina cheese and then the nellys grilled corn salad. This meal was splendid
