This was absolutely fantastic! Sometimes I added cheddar cheese but most times not. I did double the butter tho (I'm further south than they are and I need that extra butter! LOL.

This soup is delicious!! I have 5 year old twins and any chance I am given the opportunity to implement veggies in their meals, I jump. They loved it as well. I also added 2 cloves of garlic because I put garlic in everything.
