Wel when I saw the episode of when they were making it, I was very inspired but when I looked at the ingredients I thought "Something doesn't look right." So I just removed the sugar, apple cider vinegar, and celery. It turned out very wonderful.

My family is from Macon, Georgia, so I have been fortunate to be raised on all the southern flavors. None of the women in my family could tell you about measurements, they use the palm of their hand and words like "pinch" and "tad". When I found this one and tried it out, it was spot on, so at least I know how much now. My husband loves the Cajun and Creole food, so this has become a staple at the table on BBQ night or any excuse to use a Potato dish as a side.

I made this recipe with left over red potatoes from our crawfish boil last week end. The sbuds were well seasoned from the crawfish seasoning,I just added the mayo, reg. mustard, celery, onions & garlic & blk. pepper. It was amazing! What a great way to use up the potatoes! I will definatly make this again! I love the Neeley's

Loved this potato salad! My changes- I used scallions instead of regular onions, and left out the celery (my family hates celery!. Huge hit! Will make again!

I made this potato salad using the Neelys recipe but also adding a couple of my own ingredients as well; such as pimentos, fresh parsley, paprika to garnish and a table spoon of relish to balance the spice of the creole mustard (because it does have a bit of a kick and children would be eating it and all I can say is WOW!!! My husband did his usual "taste test" and couldn't stop eating. My guests are asking me if I could be the bearer of potato salad for the next get together....LOL As always the Neelys are great.
