Made this to have with dinner and I am impressed. I left out the salt but otherwise, made it as directed. Will definitely make this again!

Made this potato salad today and it is fantastic. Nice change from regular potato salad. Put the onions and celery in to cook with the potatoes for the last 10 minutes. This is excellant we will be making again.

I made this recipe for the first time yesterday for a Memorial Day barbecue and got SOOO many compliments! I didn't have creole mustard so used spicy brown mustard and a bit of horseradish sauce.
I had people who didn't normally like potato salad going back for seconds. I will definitely make this recipe again! :

Thank you Neelys for this tasty dish. It has great taste and flavor. I love this recipe. I made the potato salad along, with your honey cornbread muffins, and rib tips. The perfect dinner inside your home or pick nick. :

It has it all, it's creamy, tangy with a little heat. It completes me : and I'm not a fan of mayo whatsoever. I've tried SO MANY recipes, never hitting a home run. This is it for me, I've found my potluck/bbq staple. You can do anything to make it your own. I made this with what I had on hand: russet potatoes, mayo, dijon mustard, creole seasoning, spring onions, apple cider vinegar(do not forget this sugar, and salt and pepper. Added crispy bacon on top, I think it would be good with smoked pork with little fat. The smoky bacon adds a layer to this already amazing recipe. Thank you Neelys.

This is the ONLY potato salad recipe I will ever make again! The Neely's always have good recipes but this one is exeptional! The flavors are amazing. Couldn't find Creole mustard so I used Grey Poupon Ground Spicy Mustard made with yellow onion so I omitted the chopped onion. Followed the rest of the recipe exactly and could not believe the results. My husband absolutely loved it and I can't wait for the next family get together so I can make it again.
