    My husband was craving potato salad and well...I'm not a big fan so I have never attempted it. When I saw this recipe, it was screaming FLAVOR, which he insists on! So I thought...find me some Creole mustard and give it a try. Before he ever got back into town, he was raving about potato salad that someone else had made him - now what was I going to do with THIS tater salad??? I didn't even mention I made it - he found it in the refrigerator for lunch the next day. That was 10 days ago and we are already on our THIRD batch (I half the recipe each time! He says it is THE BEST POTATO SALAD he has EVER tasted! I have to agree. I've never been a mustard fan and I am telling you....this stuff is GOOOOD. It's a keeper! So impressed with the flavor and so incredibly simple. Can't wait to try more from the Neelys. I knew I could count on them for FLAVOR!

    Loved it but sorry Grandma Jean still has you beat. If you have not tried hers search the Neely recipes for Grandma Jean Potato Salad
    THIS IS VERY TANGY AND GOOD NOT TO MENTION SIMPLE.We will make this one again when we need alternative to Grandma Jeans

    We really enjoyed this salad and it was simple to make. I would cut back on the vinegar a bit but outsid of that it was great.

    I've made this potato salad twice and it was A HIT!! I definitely recommend this recipe if you want a new version of the potato salad!! Just on a side note, my husband also makes The Neely's Baked Macaroni and Cheese and now we can't go any BBQ's without making both these dishes. Thanks for the great recipes!!

    I have already fixed this twice! Definitely a hit and will be one that I intend to prepare quite a bit this summer. I have a wonderful mustard potato salad that has been popular, but I can't wait to sit this on the table at the summer get-togethers. Definitely a keeper recipe. You guys really rock! I watch and record all your shows! Keep those great recipes coming!

    I make a lot of picnic salads during the summer because I can stretch them and use them with just about anything coming off the grill then recycle them at lunch the next day with a scoop on lettuce or with a cold-cut sandwich. I served this one at a camp-out in the Adirondacks of Upstate New York to rave reviews. People get so sick of potato salad and those who either were tired of it or don't like it to begin with went back for more, my bowl was clear. Lacking creole mustard in upstate NY - I used a coarse grain mustard, with a dash of horseradish and creole seasoning. The garlic flavor was yummy and the dish had great "kick."

    I made this a while back when I seen it made on one of the Neely's shows. It was fabulously tasty! I didn't have creole mustard, so I used spicy mustard instead and used more of the creole seasoning. It turned out sooooo good! My husband and I love this recipe and I will be making it again soon!

    by now you can tell that I love to cook. I love the sauce. I don't like celery so I used carrots instead...it came out good.
