It makes a TON of pasta (could feed 5-6 people. My husband and I both liked it a lot. I added a lot more parsley, about 1/2 tsp red pepper flake, 2 tbsp lemon juice and some pasta water. This recipe is a keeper!

This recipe was super easy!! My picky kids even enjoyed it! I did take the advice of a previous review and added a little more lemon juice.

Great easy recipe. I used whole wheat pasta and added sun dried tomatoes to the recipe. I also used extra garlic. My family loved this recipe.

It was a great dish for everyone in the family and you only need 1 chicken cutlet. Also I would advise everyone to add more lemon to the dish.

This recipe is fantastic! Easy and quick to make all year round. Fresh herbs definitely kick it up though!

Tasty!!! I made this for dinner this evening and tweaked a little based on my own preferences and other reviewers as well. I cooked two chicken breasts that I seasoned with salt, black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder (for extra garlic flavor in canola oil. I used wheat penne, 1/2 tsp of crushed red pepper flakes (I wanted more heat and probably could've used a little more, 4 garlic cloves sliced. I saved 1/2 cup of starchy water and added to the sauce for fear of it being dry, and with the other reviews I used 1/4 lemon juice because that's what I had available. I put a healthy dash of dried parsley and grated parm cheese. The sauce came out well, my boyfriend said it was a little heavy on the lemon (1/4 cup is nothing compared to 2 lemons but oh well. Overall I think I'll be be making this again, thanks for the recipe!!

Very tasty - used angel hair pasta and shrimp instead. Was a tad dry - use a little pasta water. Quick easy recipe!

What a simple, quick and tasty recipe! Next time, I will reserve some of the pasta water and add a touch more olive oil because it's a little on the dry side.

Loved this recipe!! I doubled the garlic and the red pepper flakes because I like spicy, perfect! Also, I did not add the parsley because I don't see the point of it just for color. I did not have fresh lemons so instead added 1/2 cup of lemon juice and I stirred the parmesan into the entire dish. This was so easy and tasted great; I will absolutely make it again! My family loved it too.
