This was definitely a simple recipe and also very tasty! I made a few changes to the chicken to get a lot of lemon flavor. I marinated it in the juice and zest of one lemon, extra virgin olive oil and salt and pepper before grilling. That was the only change; everything else was done to the specifications. If you love lemon like my family and I do then you'll love this fast recipe!

My whole family enjoyed this recipe and for our family we love lots and lots of lemon. And spicy is another favorite of my family.

Nice meal, easy to make, but the lemon taste almost killed it. Next time I'll only use the juice from ONE lemon at the most. Also, I added a little lemon pepper to season the chicken which was nice.

Fast, and easy to prepare. I recommend using less or no red pepper flakes if your going to feed it to children because it was a bit spicy!

This is an easy quick meal. Perfect for a weeknight. I rated it excellent because as advertised it was easy. It tasted fresh. It was a little simplistic in taste, but if you want something quick with ingredients you have already this is the meal for you.

We just finished our Easy Lemon Pasta with Chicken and found it very tasty. I used some left over chicken from a previous meal, warmed it up and used it in the pasta, delicious. The parsley really helped with the freshness taste. Love those Neelys!

I made the recipe as directed but i tasted it with just adding one lemon,and thought it was enough. However, the lemon seem to be the only flavor of the dish, so i added some garlic powder, a little bit of adobo and a can of tomatoes, then i sprinkled some cheese on top of it and baked it. At that point it was excellent. The dish has a lot of potential. It only needs your own personal finishing touch.
