    This is another version (a good one! of an old standby out in our Happy Valley restaurants (Northampton, MA. I even taught my 21 y.o. son to make this! I love the addition of bacon, for those who can afford to eat it (not ME! but my family + guests love it. If you want to please your crunchy granola guests, as I often must, just leave out the bacon, or add pressed tofu, or just more veggies, pref. grilled beforehand, and use mozzarella for those watching the pounds.

    I am going home right now and make me some. Everytime i watch the Neelys I want to cook. They can make it look so easy to follow there recipe.
