This was delish! I really enjoyed it, I used 2 cans of the canned corn, and it worked out great. I can't wait to have it again! Its was perfect ribs, felt like summertime again.

I served this over spinach leaves instead because arugula has a strong bitter taste. I used 2 teaspoon of Neelys' sauce and then adjusted from there. Bobby Flay also has a great corn salad recipe as well.

I followed the recipe to the T, and when it came to the end to mix the bbq seasoning to taste, this was awful. I either put to much or not enough, so I had to actually rinse it off to eat it. It left a weird coating on my tongue. I will not try this nor will I pass this recipe along to anyone. This recipe would be a lot better if left as a nice crisp fresh corn salad.

I made this for a family party and everyone loved it! I followed the recipe very closely, just using a mix of baby spinach, baby arugula, and romaine instead of only arugula. I do think it's a badly written recipe, since it doesn't give a suggested amount of seasoning to use for the dressing (and I watched the video, which didn't help so I had to keep adding and tasting which was a pain.

Hello to all! This could be one of my most favorite salads for the summer. The Fresh lemon juice makes the dressing light and tasty. The sweetness of the corn along with a little char from the grill, work so well together. I made it for the fourth of July party and man was it a hit!

This recipe totally rocks!!!! I did make some changes though. I added feta cheese and instead of arugula I added cilantro....Man was it good!!! My husband requests it practically all the time and it has been a family hit ever since.....way to go!!!!

An awesome, refreshing salad! I had never used arugula before using this recipe, and I'm so glad I did! The dressing is light and refreshing, and definitely a favorite with family and friends.

This recipe is a winner and it travels well to pot lucks and parties. I've made it many times. It is especially good when corn is used in the peak season.
