Made today for Father's Day........Outstanding!!! Will make again. I put less red pepper, since another viewer said it was too spicy. Will definitely make again. Sauce would be great on chicken.

This recipe is so good. We use it all the time on steak, and it's fantastic! It's so decadent that we used it on the salmon as our Christmas dinner, and it was a success!

My husband is very picky and not open to trying new things. I convinced him to try this and he loved it!! it is now his favorite salmon dish.

I have to admit, after tasting the BBQ sauce alone, I wasn't expecting the salmon to turn out. After carmalizing though, the sauce took on a whole new flavor that complimented the salmon perfectly! My husband and I loved this dish!

This is a staple around here, love it on salmon!! For the heck of it, tried it on chicken too, used half the recipe and watered it down a little to use as marinade for a few hours then grilled and brushed with glaze at the end and let it carmelize, yumm!

I like spicy food so I liked the kick.
I'm glad I saved some sauce for after the salmon came off the bbq, because the sauce really mellows after it cooks on the BBQ. So I added some of the saved sauce on my plate for a wake up bite.
