The sauce is very good but my husband and I don't like that spicy of food. I mistakenly thought that since my pepper flakes were old that they wouldn,t generate that much heat. Boy, was I wrong! I made a second batch without the red pepper flakes and mixed together. It is stil spicy but not tooooooo spicy for us. The sauce is yummy and will be good on many things. I also used low sodium soy as that is what I had in my kitchen. It turned out very good.

This was my first experience grilling salmon. I used salmon fillets and it was great. I made it just like the recipe suggested... my 3 year old and (very picky husband ate it right up!

I made the sauce and used it to grill veggies on the outdoor grill. Kept basting the veggies as they cooked. The flavor was out of this world. Will definitely be using it again on veggies, chicken, etc.

My other half found this recipe and within minutes we were cooking with fire. We never even had to go to the grocery store; we had so many of the ingredients already in our pantry and this came together very quickly. The sauce is fantastic and went very well with sushi rice. I loved the texture of the salmon with the fresh spinach. I plan to keep the sauce as a standard.

I never got around to using the BBQ sauce on the salmon. But it is great to baste on chicken while you grill.

During dinner I mentioned," I'm gonna give a review.", because we enjoyed it soo much. Not ever reviewing anything publicly, responding O said," Tell em Oknows says, Thumbs up!!!!". Haha, I said ok. Smiles all day!
Cooking for my homie one night I wanted to do something different, knowing I wanted to do Salmon. This recipe is the bomb!!! No mistaking. The sauce is wella. I've made the sauce like 4 times and keeps it in the fridge on chill. I didn't have my stove top grill so I followed your directions to the T, minus a minute using the broiler..Amazingly tender & perfect. Being Native NY'KA's, between home cooking and good restaurants we are spoiled. Can honestly say, this was just as good if not better than going out.
Between Barefoot Contessa's, Basil Goddess Dressing & Emeril Lagasse's Lattice Peach Pie that night..Your dish was amongst heaven's best.
Thank you for existing..make's me wanna watch the show.

I made this for a small dinner party last night and we all loved it. I only eat wild caught salmon - when it's on sale. And right now my local market has it at a fantastic price so I will be making this dish again tomorrow for my sister. I know she'll love it to.

I love this Asian barbque sauce and use it on salmon, pork, and shiskabobs! So easy to make. I keep a container in my fridge so when I come home from work I can always reach for my favorite sauce and my meal taste like I have been cooking away all day...thanks Neelys...you two are so much fun to watch and I have learned so many new recipes from you.
