Hey Y'all, this was sooo good that my 6 year old ate seconds, and then she told me that I should cook it for the chef school I'm about to attend. And not only was it good it look like a master piece when you plate it. This will always be apart of my family.

I made this dish last night and was impressed. I did add about 1/4 cup of brown sugar and a pinch of ginger powder. As always, thanks Neely's!

The sauce is out of this world! At first I was concerned about the amount of soy sauce, but no worries. My husband also loved it. We will be having it agian next week. The recipe made a large amount of sauce so I put what was left in the fridge to save for next week!

This is my first review ever, but I just had to. I made this dish for a dinner party last night, and it came out amazing!!! It had such a wonderful flavor, and the fish on the spinach was awesome!!!
I will be making again for a birthday dinner in two weeks, and I am already looking forward to it.
Will keep this one somewhere it will never be lost!!
I totally recommend anyone & everyone who like salmon, to try this dish!

I haven't cooked fish at home much, as I tend to overcook it. So, everyone was suspicious when I decided to try this. It was fabulous. I did lower the soy sauce, for lower sodium, but it came out moist and with a wonderful taste. We all fought over the extra piece!

I haven't tried this yet but with the 5 star rating, I'm convinced this will be great. I'm going to serve this for a romantic dinner with my husband and I. Thanks for sharing!

I love this sauce and have cut back on the soy sauce to a quarter cup because I have to watch sodium. I've used it on salmon, but really love it on small pieces of chicken that I cut from the boned breasts and then grill. It has a wonderful texture---not too sweet yet a burst of flavors!

This dish was absoluetly wonderful! The first time I made it I only did a small for my 5-year old and myself, just in case we didn't like it...No worries there! I also grilled a steak for my husband since he's not a big fan of salmon. He kept eye-ing our salmon!!! Next time I made it the whole family enjoyed it and I made sure I had enough sauce to try on other things....Tried the sauce on grilled chicken and it just wasn't as good. I try to prepare fish atleast once a week but don't have a lot of options that all will eat, This one is definitely in the rotation.

This was absolutely ~wonderful~! I made this for dinner tonight - I've never grilled Salmon before because I wasn't sure I could do it right....man, was this just perfect. We have decided that at our next get-together, this is the dish we are serving. Along with the grilled vegetables dish - YUMMY!

Thanks to Suzanne from NY I cut the soy sauce in half and next time I will go even less than that. Beyond that the sauce was yummy and had a wonderful consistancy. Loved it on the salmon and will be trying it on ribs.
