We loved this salmon with the spinach. I would however use less soy next time as well as a little bit more honey. It was fabulous though, and all of it disappeared!!! The sauce is a little spicy - but it would taste awesome on other things like veggies.

This is a nice marinade for the fish and it goes very well with the salmon. I think that there is far too much soy sauce in the recipe. (Like another reviewer said - maybe it is a typo. When it boils down and thickens it is even more salty. I had to add more orange juice to sort of "dilute" the soy sauce. I would also boil the marinade for a little longer to make it thicker as it did not really "coat" the salmon as much as I would have liked. Other than that - it is very good.

This was the Best salmon I ever had. (and ever made by the wayThe barbeque sauce was delicious and I for sure will be adding it to other dishes. I did make the sauce with a little less soy just because I was worried about it being too salty, and I also popped the salmon in the oven for 10 more minutes just to make sure it was done.(I couldn't tell The spinach really went well with it because it cooled down the yummy spicyness(Is that a word? If it is, did I spell it right? lolof that great sauce! My family and friends loved it and I was a culinary rock star for the day!(LOL Great recipe!

I would have never thought of putting these together but it is easy, quick and delicious, elegant...plus healthy. What more could you want? I followed the recipe exactly and have plenty of the B-B-Q sauce left over for other uses. Try this one.

When I started to incorporate all the ingredients, I was not sure if the barbeque sauce would turn out good. After letting the sauce to simmer for about 10 mins and added a little gin; then allowing the salmon to soak-in the barbeque sauce in the over for about 10 mins the recipe turned-out very well.

This was so fast to make, and tasted great. I'm going to try the barbecue recipe on some other meats too. Fabulous!

I made this dish along with a couple other things for my husband on Father's Day. This was a hit. I love the Chinese Barbeque Sauce. I would use it for chicken or ribs. I did have to cook the salmon a little longer but that was not a problem. I Loved it and I can't wait to make it again.
