Delicious, healthy, colorful and easily. My kind of dish. I did add zucchini and summer squash and substituted the green bell pepper for yellow, orange and red peppers. You can use whatever fresh vegetables you like. Simply fabulous!

My 15-yea-old daughter first made this salad and our family fell in love with it. She used an in-door grill so I can't imagine what it would taste like with the smoked flavor. I made it in front of guests at a dinner party using a wok and it was just as good. One of the most requested recipes at the party!

I loved this salad! I brought it to a party (which is always risky if it's a new recipe, but everybody LOVED it. The balsamic takes it to a whole new level! It did come out a little oily though, so next time I make it I will definitely cut back.

This recipe was awesome!! has become one of my favorites. Used less oil than called for, added additional seasoning and took out most of the garlic!

Just made this for dinner tonight! Whole family loved it - and will be a great rotational meal throughout the week! Color is absolutely beautiful, very appetizing! Must make dish!!

This dish is WONDERFUL! I was not sure about the Feta when I first read the recipe, but everything together is outstanding. My father-in-law who "hates vegetables" loved this dish. He said he would eat these veggies everyday if they tasted like this! Since finding this recipe a month ago, my husband and I have made these veggies 3 times! We use a grill basket and find that the easiest way, otherwise, the veggies fall through the cracks of our gas grill.

The first time I saw this recipe in one of the Neelys' shows I knew it was going to be delicious. The veggies looked so colorful and appetizing, I knew I just had to try it. This has become our favorite side dish especially when we are grilling. We've also added portobella mushrooms and they are delish!!! My family loves this recipe!!!
