    If you like honey on your cornbread wait till you try it baked in!! We've made this recipe twice since looking it up. The directions make the muffins come out perfect!

    I have to admit that these are REALLY good. Easy to bake, great texture, just enough sweetness. Will keep this recipe in my 'must have' file.

    These were the best homemade cornbread muffins I ever made. My husband and kids gobbled them down. You can't go wrong with any of the Neely's recipes.

    After I completely bombed my first batch of homemade cornbread muffins a couple years ago, I've bought cornbread mix to help me do the job. I was hesitant to try this recipe, but I'm glad I did because these are the BEST muffins I've ever made at home! I did it both with & without cupcake liners - the ones without came out with a more golden brown edge. Mannn, what a sad world it'll be without the Neelys. ;

    These are delicious. One of our local restaurants serves these and I always order these wishing I could make these at home. I have wanted this recipe for a long time...and now I have it! Thanks Gina

    Much better with 2-1 ratio of flour to cornmeal.

    This is the best cornbread ever!!! It's so easy to make too. I did use 1/3 Cup powdered milk and 1 Cup water for the milk to save money. I didn't like cornbread very much until I found this recipe.

    I made these last night to go with ribs and they were perfect! Just the right balance of savory and sweet. I have definitely found my new favorite cornbread recipe.
