    this recipe was quick and easy, used lobster claw meat from Costco. Excellent on croissant as Saturday night supper, So fresh tasting, great flavor and texture. I followed the recipe exactly as instructed. Especially love the fresh tarragon.

    Really good! A winner with us, used fresh herbs and lettuce from my garden and used Greek yogurt instead of mayo! A keeper!

    Very fresh tasting. I omitted the tarragon (bad experience first year cooking school when I grabbed tarragon instead of parsley for a recipe...ick and I added sour cream with the mayonnaise. Served it as a salad course with mixed greens, a half avocado on top and then scooped the lobster mix over the avocado. My husband isn't a huge fan of avocado however the lemon juice and zest in the lobster mixture brought it to life. Delicious! Thanks for the inspiration.

    I made this with shrimp and crab meat because the lobster was expensive , it was really great !! This is a really show off recipe !!

    I made this for my family for Thanksgiving as our salad course, but served in cocktail glasses with lobster forks as suggested. I loved it and it was very easy! It was the perfect way to start our meal.

    I made this salad this weekend for my mothers tea party. Everyone LOVED this. I added shrimp and crabmeat accomodate everyone. This is probably on of the best seafood salads that I have ever had. I will definitely be serving this at an upcoming bridal shower.
