I now live in Los Angeles and I never find really great BBQ like from my childhood. I'd grown up outside of Memphis and eating bar-b-que from Interstate BBQ. My hubbie & I watched the show & made the ribs and they were sooooooo good! We ate them two days in a row & I can't wait for summer to make them for a party!

    Thanks Neely's, we're fans forever!

I think the dry rub seasoning technique is contagious! All I want to do is sprinkle and rub the seasoning blend on everything. These ribs are simply fantastic and most definitely a hit everytime.

We tried the ribs and they were awesome! I am anxious every Saturday to watch the show and have told my mother and sister about it and they watch too. Thanks Pat and Gina!

Another great recipe! The only thing I did differently was to cook the ribs in the oven and then finished off on the grill. Still outstanding!

I cooked these for the Super Bowl and we all loved them. I've tried alot of rib recipes and thought these were some of the best! We really loved the sauce. Also enjoy the Neelys show. Its nice to have another southern cooking show with southern recipes. They make a great team.!

The ribs came out fabulous! However I didn't care too much for the BBQ sauce. Next time I'll make the ribs the same way but just use my favorite BBQ sauce instead.

My husband and I watched the first episode as well, and immediately went to purchase the ingredients to make the ribs. We used our smoker to make the ribs. They were easy -- the recipe says to refrigerate for 8 hours after applying the rub....we couldn't wait that long -- probably let them refrigerate for 3 hours. They turned out delicious! Will definitely try them again -- will be sharing the few leftovers at a Super Bowl party today!
