Pretty ordinary. Good if you're making ribs for a crowd, but I prefer something with more zing.

This recipe is fantastic. Had a BBQ with family and friends, and this was a huge hit! We used it on the ribs and brisket! Thank you Neelys for sharing this with all of us!

the thing with this "recipe" is its more of a guide. From the ingredients of the RUB, I knew the rub would be sort of blah. so I tweaked it & made my own rub with smoked paprika, sugar & cayenne pepper etc but the BBQ sauce is SPOT ON good!! so I guess this is more of a BYOC(be your own chef & tweak the sauce & rub to your taste
I like "complex compound" BBQ ribs so I LOVE using my own RUB then smothering the ribs is the BBQ SAUCE too
SO GOOD!!!

the ribs were delicious.....smoked them on the grill with the dry rub and then made the bbq sauce. My whole family likes their ribs with the sauce on them but the dry rub was so good they didn't need the sauce.....thanks for sharing the recipes...

I always used a wet rub and was delighted by this recipe, I had to cut back slighthly on the paprika but was delighted with the results.
