    Your BBQ sauce is great but i dont like ribs very nuch can you use other beef and which one would be best for the sauce

    This recipe is fantastic. Had a BBQ with family and friends, and this was a huge hit! We used it on the ribs and brisket! Thank you Neelys for sharing this with all of us!

    the thing with this "recipe" is its more of a guide. From the ingredients of the RUB, I knew the rub would be sort of blah. so I tweaked it & made my own rub with smoked paprika, sugar & cayenne pepper etc but the BBQ sauce is SPOT ON good!! so I guess this is more of a BYOC(be your own chef & tweak the sauce & rub to your taste
    I like "complex compound" BBQ ribs so I LOVE using my own RUB then smothering the ribs is the BBQ SAUCE too

    SO GOOD!!!

    the ribs were delicious.....smoked them on the grill with the dry rub and then made the bbq sauce. My whole family likes their ribs with the sauce on them but the dry rub was so good they didn't need the sauce.....thanks for sharing the recipes...

    I love to cook, i all ways did bbq the way we do it in the Bahamans. so when i saw this recipe i had to do it. it was so good my family could not stop talking about it. my granddaughter do not eat meat but she eat this. it was that good i use that rub on what every am putting on the girl. Thinks and i love you all. you make cooking fun.
