I will make the recipe this weekend.
Sounds Fantastic. But please can somebody write At What Time they wrap The Ribs with Foil?
I saw the show but I do not remember if they put the foil before or in the middle of the cooking period.
    Thank you very much,
    Martha

these ribs are cooked to perfection mean and lean and so flavorful. That you dont have to use wet barbcue sauce to enjoy them.

This recipe was a big hit for our Memorial Day cook out. It was vasy easy to make and just delicious:-. I only made the BBQ sance and what a hit with my family. I should have made a larger batch becuase when our guest left so did our BBQ. This has become the sance of family. No more store buys anymore. Love your show!!:-. I would like to share some of my recipes with you. Where should I send them?

I did this recipe for the first time and I am a vegaterian. I love to cook and I used to use store bought sauce for the ribs. But being in Cincinnati, Montgomery Inn sauce is what everyone wants. I used thier recipe and everyone called me the next day and said this is so much better than Montgomery Inn ribs. I had to write the recipe down so many times. I didn't get to eat them because of the meat but did dip chips in the sauce and it was amazing. If I got that many kudos from my meal it must be great. Being a vegaterian it is like making something without knowing what you are doing. Thank you guys and I can't wait to make this again. Very easy and great.

The rub has too much paprika. Paprika has no flavor... it just adds color.
I cut parika in half and added a little cayenne. Ribs were ok.

My husband is from Kansas City. He won't eat any other sauce since I made this one. Enough said.
