I loved this recipe. I listened to another reviewer and only used 1/4 cup sugar. It was amazing. I also added a little bit of celery seed which just enhanced the flavor. I also cut back on the green cabbage and added some red cabbage for color.

Made 5 pounds of this slaw for my son's graduation party. What a hit! Several people said it was the best cole slaw they ever ate and demanded the recipe. I omitted the onion but added chopped celery and green pepper and celery seed. I'm making it Sunday for the Church picnic.

Great recipe! I also only used 1/4 cup of sugar and it was sweet enough. 1 cup would be way too sweet. The flavors were great! It was great on the Neelys pulled pork sandwhiches. A must try!

We loved it, did a regular bag of premade cole slaw and also added a bag of broccoli slaw. The heat was perfect the first night, I added it to BBQ sandwiches the next night and you could really taste the HEAT!

Outstanding and so refreshing. Used bagged coleslaw mix [I'm lazy]. Added an onion and followed the recipe thereafter. Yummmy!

I simplified this coleslaw recipe by using the incredible Hot Squeeze Sweet Heat Chipotle Sauce that I find works with everything! Instead of adding the cayenne and all the sugar from this recipe, I added about 1/2 cup Hot Squeeze. Delicious and everyone wanted the recipe!
