Made it this afternoon. It was great. My husband loved it. My son thought it was a bit too spicy for him even thou I used 1/2 the heat. I did add dried cranberries for color. I did not use the onion for personal preference. I will make again because it was great with the pulled pork we had. Thanks Neelys!

Fixed last night for cookout with family. I thought there would be leftovers tonight but only enough for a spoonful. Everyone loved it. I loved both the sweet followed by the spicy flavor. Because of time constraints, I cheated and used to packs of store prepared coleslaw and added the onion then topped with the dressing. Delicious!! I can't wait to try it with fresh cabbage, etc. Without a doubt, it will be even better.

This coleslaw is excellent! It is far better than your every day blah slaw . . clever! I love the way the mustard and cayenne give it a great KICK. I will make this as a side dish over and over to go with summer hamburgers and hot dogs. Hey, this might even be good on a hot dog. . Hmmm . . something to think about.

Pretty good. I left out the onions (just didn't want any and I added some apples. I would make this again.

This was delicious!! It starts off tasting sweet and then all of a sudden you get this nice kick of heat in the back of your mouth. I do not like spicy food at all, but this was the perfect combo of sweet and spicy!!

Star award winning recipe. I will no longer buy dressing now packaged coleslaw....I love it, the only thing I added was garlic powder and hot paprika, oh and a lil cliantro for a fresh zing...it's a hit in my home, thanks alot.

I loved this recipe. I listened to another reviewer and only used 1/4 cup sugar. It was amazing. I also added a little bit of celery seed which just enhanced the flavor. I also cut back on the green cabbage and added some red cabbage for color.

Made 5 pounds of this slaw for my son's graduation party. What a hit! Several people said it was the best cole slaw they ever ate and demanded the recipe. I omitted the onion but added chopped celery and green pepper and celery seed. I'm making it Sunday for the Church picnic.
