I just made these cookies and they are very flat and very thin. Seems to me there needs to be more flour to get the right size and shape.

I tried the Neely's recipe for triple chocolate chip cookies. It was absolutely delicious. Can't wait to make some to share with my friends.

I followed the recipe exactly and watched again on TV and the dough comes out runny like a brownie batter and NOT like the stiff cookie dough you see the Neely's putting on their cookie sheet in the episode. Maybe they chilled the dough first??? Maybe it would be better baked in a 8x8 pan for brownies. There is a step missing in this recipe!!! Try Bobby Flay's triple chocolate cookie recipe. It really rocks!!

Everyone loved these cookies!! They almost remind me of a brownie. I ended up adding 2 more cups of flour to the recipe as the batter was so runny. It almost reminded me of cake batter. They turned out more puffed up than flat like they do in the recipe picture. I also did add 1/2 cup of white chocolate chips. According to everyone, and myself, they tasted great. I would absoulutely make them again!!!

These cookies are amazing. I won't be making the tried and true Nestle Tollhouse cookies for a long time. If you want to wow your friends and family, make these. It is not difficult. Make sure you use good quality unsweetened and bittersweet chocolate like Scharffen Berger. The taste will amaze you and you won't want to go back to the less expensive chocolate again. It is more expensive, but well worth it. I can't wait to make more of the Neely's recipes. Now, I'm looking for a reason to go to Nashville or Memphis to eat at their restaurant.

I watched the show again on my DVR and the recipe as written is what she did on the show. Three quarters of a cup of flour and 1 Tablespoon of Baking Powder. Hope that helps...

I served the triple threat chocolate cookies today for our guests and our children. They were a huge hit! They are rich and yummy and extra-special. Special note: My daughter is allergic to gluten and they worked perfectly with the gluten-free baking mix as a substitute for the flour, baking powder and salt. Yum!
