Really good dry rub, next time I will use a little less black pepper. A liitle too much for the kids. The entire family enjoyed the great flavor, and we will definatly use this recipe again with a few settle changes. Don't mind doctoring up a good base rub.

To put it simply, this dry rub has too much ground pepper. The pepper is all I can taste. I have to admit, I haven't smoked the pork, I've only grilled it. But that smoke has a lot of ground to make up to make this rub acceptible by my standards.
