OK, so I seriously modified this recipe. I mean, who has grapefruit vinegar around?! I used lemon, OJ, and rice wine vinegar, and it was delicious! I used this dressing on broiled catfish with huge slices of avocado on it. I served it with a roasted red pepper orzo. It was a hit, and so easy!
