    Pardon me... the premise is they find good food while travelling about in their careers! I don't believe THEY claim to be cooks! Bland... where did you get your crushed red pepper 4 years ago? The crushed red in MY pantry if you use according to directions, will light a fire in your mouth. Add basil, ripe plum tomatoes, and good grated parmesan with decent EVOO. While this is not bottled red of the masses, it is very nice for a change of pace! And the recipe is from a professional chef in a restaurant!

    Use your imagination and this is ok for a quick late night. As it is its pretty dull.
