Which is it: 2h 10min or 3h? The recipe says 3 hr, but at the top it say 2hr 10min. The video says three hours. I'll check how it's going at two hours. Three sounds about right, though. Can't wait to taste it! Five stars just for making my mouth water while reading the recipe . . .

Delicious and easy, a keeper. The only thing I did differently is salt/pepper the meat and brown the sides before I baked.

I was delicious and so quick and easy. I will be using this recipe again. My son thought it was the best he ever ate. He's going to make it today for his family.

So easy and flavorful. The smell of slow cooked beef was wonderful. My only suggestion is to add a little more brown sugar, which I will do next time. I did not find the BBQ sauce as sweet as I would have liked... That being said I have recommended this to several friend. Thanks, Sunny.

This was so so easy and so freakishly good!!! I used bone in ribs and when they came out, the meat was tender and falling off the bone. I made a tiny bit of extra sauce on the stove top and when the ribs were finished separated the oil from the sauce and added to my stove top sauce- basted the ribs and put back in the oven for a few more minutes. This is a recipe to follow to the T. As is, no changes and it is wonderful!! Served with a vinegar based potato salad which was the perfect compliment to the sweet. My husband ate every last bite and asked that it be added to the dinner rotation! Also, the sauce is soooo easy and soooo tasty, I am imagining all the things I can do with it!

Love this recipe, so easy to make. The sauce is delic. Next time I will double the sauce mix for the beef short ribs so will have enough to go over either rice or potatoes. I did not have white vinger but had balsamic. I also added carrots to the menu. This will be one of my favoriates to make.

Wow-What a wonderful way to prepare boneless beef sort ribs! We baked this in our smaller oval red Le Creuset enamel-coated cast iron baking dish in our Thermador professional oven after halving the sauce ingredients and using only 1.5 pounds of boneless beef short ribs and it was outstanding! Thank you, Sunny, for providing us this dynamite beef dish!

These ribs are so easy and simply amazing! I make them all of the time and they come out perfect each time. Sometimes I omit the thyme and they still taste great.

This recipe is awesome. It is so easy, and comes out perfect everytime. I used bone in short ribs, and it was perfect. I also sometimes use balsamic vinegar instead of white vinegar, and it is great both ways. I use variations of this sauce on pork loin and roast beef, and it always turns out great. This is one of my favorite recipes on food network.
