This is absolutely wonderful! Great sauce & the meat just melts in your mouth! I followed the recipe exactly with a perfect result! I am a big fan of skipping the searing process, if you can avoid it, & there is no need to here. I know that this will also be great in our crock pot. I encourage folks to give this a try!

So good and easy! We love this dish a lot and on a day like today it makes the whole house smell wonderful! I follow it to a T - I will say the in the recipe it says to back for 3 hours and on the top of the recipe it says less - follow the 3 hours for sure. Tender and yummy!

Wonderful and wonderfully easy. I used baby back ribs instead of short ribs (same thing. I poured the sauce on the night before i cooked. Fall off the bone juicy like it came from a restaurant. It was great to just mix the sauce up and pour it on and pop it in the oven and go on with the rest of your day.

Although the flavor was good.....3hrs burned my ribs, so I have to give it 3 stars. I really wish that someone would proof these recipes. So many recipes on the food network site have mistakes. I will definitely try this again but just not cook them as long

When I saw the episode, I had to try this recipe. Sunny made it look so easy breezy and extra yummy. The meat could have been a tad more tender as I like my meat to be on the verge of melt in your mouth. (Although some of the pieces were more tender than others so maybe it was just the way the butcher had them cut. The bbq sauce was dee-lish! I'd make the sauce to go along with other dishes, it was so good! I made these short rib to go along with The Neely's easy rice casserole dish, some greens and honey cornbread muffins. Yum!!!!

I made these as the main dish for a dinner party. My friends are still talking about them. They are melt in your mouth delicious and take very little effort, so I had plenty of time to entertain my guests. Try these! You won't be disappointed.

I made this recipe for my parents and in-laws on Father's Day, and it was a huge it! The only thing was that the butcher didn't have any short ribs left when I went there, so he gave me boneless chuck roast cut into large pieces. It still worked just great! Our guests raved about it! I bought a few pounds over what the recipe called for, and we still had barely any leftovers after the 6 of us ate. Will definitely make again!

I am so intimidated by cooking ribs and this recipe was so easy-looking that I was eager to try it. Very tender. No full. Nice sauce. Only problem: it rendered a lot of oil and it was had to extract the rich BBQ sauce.
