What a unique use of Kalamata Olives. Sprinkling 'Dirt' upon a salad will give your guests a true surprise when they discover the unique joys of olives instead. Will act as a clever topping on top of a bowl of dip. That reminds me, I have a 'killer' recipe for a Blue Cheese Ball that includes chopped black olives and is rolled in chopped English Walnuts. It would be an interesting switch to drop the Walnuts and roll the Ball in the Edible Dirt This is a truly ingenius idea for a use of olives. Thank you Food Network Magazine!.
