I just made this for lunch to-day and I have to say it was excellent. The potatoes cooked perfectly and the eggs actually cooked in six minutes. I used my convection oven, also I used individual ramekins so it was easier to plate. This is definitely going to be a Brunch Favorite for years to come. Well done Sunny this was superb :

We have made many of your recipes and this is the first time you disappointed us. The timing was way off- by the time the eggs were done (which took TWICE as long as you said, by the way, the potato crust was burned. Yes, I know that oven temperatures vary, but I was using a convection-air oven and was watching out for a quicker cooking time. Provalone cheese was too mild a choice, even for paining with bacon instead of prociutto. We'll never make this again.

When i made the recipe this morning i did exactly what the recipe said to do and to tell you the truth im not that great of a fan. I mean its ok..... i guess im just got a big fan of procuitto, so that may be the problem.

This was one of the tastiest things I have ever made. I added a little more syrup on top when the were finished & a touch of hot sauce. OMG...loved it...

I have made this recipe for my family and it is wonderful, easy and great brunch idea. I also used bacon instead of procuitto and after running out of provo cheese, I used extra sharp cheddar. When I mixed maple syrup with bacon and placed on top, it was like heaven....You just need to watch it under the broiler, only a few seconds, otherwise you burn it!!!!! Loved this recipe. Great job Sunny!

This recipe is the most unique breakfast dish I have ever made. I watched Sunny make this on her program, and couldn't believe how wonderful it looked. I made it that very next weekend for my family. Seriously, this is like no other breakfast meal. The ingredients compliment one another so perfectly. It looks like it is difficult to make, but it's not! It's no easy, and so worth the time to make it. Try it you guys, you will be glad you did, and it will become a favorite, trust me! The perfect brunch to serve your friends and family. Thanks so much Sunny!

Here in New Mexico, everything goes better with roasted green chili. We tried this with out the maple flavor and added diced green chili and monterey jack cheese and diced bacon to each cup before adding the egg. It was a real hit and one we will use for company in the future. It's great that you've found new ways to use everyday ingredients to make meals exciting.
For Mother's Day, we're loking forward to trying it with ham-wrapped asparagus and holandaise. Thanks Sunny!

Served this for a weekly Thursday gathering with a group of wonderful ladies and it was a success. We are looking forward to experimenting with different combinations...they appear to be endless.
As many others did, I used bacon and a different type of cheese, Colby Jack.
Made 6: 4 ladies + 1 husband = 1 left but not for long as it was divided among the ladies as a little after meal treat. Will definitely make these again and might have to buy another large muffin tin to accommodate seconds.

I watched the episode the day before Easter, and was excited to try it!! I just made it for my husband and myself. The only thing I have to say is OMG!!! My husband says it's a HIT!!! He couldn't beleive that it was my first time making it! I changed a couple of ingredients. Istead of using provelone cheese, I used an already grated mix of cheese with provelone in it, and instead of procuitto, I uaed bacon and maple syurp mix, and lastly I omitted the nuts. It was easy to make. Easy as one two three!! Thanks for sharing a Great recipe!!!
