Watched the episode this afternoon and decided not to wait. We used up the Easter ham as a side. I made the sunny side up egg for my husband and scrambled 2 eggs with parmesan cheese, fresh basil and parsley for myself (which takes about 10 minutes longer. Timing is crucial. The sunny side up egg went from runny to hardboiled very quickly. Did not have provolone on hand, so I used Canadian cheddar instead. It looked like the potatoes were burning from the top but when I pulled them out they were golden brown. Makes a great presentation!

I made this dish for Easter Brunch. All I can say is WOW! As a fledgling home chef, I found the recipe very easy to follow. I did, although substitute the prosciutto with bacon ... still FAB! My family loved it. Will be making again, sooner than later, I'm sure!
Thanks Sunny!!!

This is the coolest thing I have ever seen, and I thought Paula's chili bowls were cool when she put the biscuit dough on the outside of a muffin pan. Big hit with the in-laws for breakfast yesterday. It's a breakfast plate in a cup. Ingenious Sunny.

What a wonderful recipe for an Easter Brunch! I will probably use maple bacon rather the procuitto. The later is munch more expensive in UT. It is almost $7 a lb here.
I can imagine many ways to mix this recipe up with using ham, cheddar or other cheeses, Even a Hollendase sauce would be good!
Thanks Sunny!
