- 1 pink grapefruit, cut in supremes, extra juice reserved
- 2 tablespoons elderflower syrup
- Sparkling water
Cut the grapefruit supremes in chunks and add a few to the bottom of 2 chilled glasses. Add 1 tablespoon of the elderflower syrup to each glass. Divide the reserved grapefruit juice between the glasses and top with sparkling water.
