Wow, these are really good. Very moist. Tons of flavor. I also added more cinnamon and added oats to the topping as well. I doubled the batch and added an extra two apples. We had enough for 48 mini muffins for my daughter's class and another 16 very large muffins for home. I'll be making these again.

I made these for the first time last night, brought them into work this morning and by the time I went back for one myself ten minutes later one of the girls was washing out my tupperware because they were already gone! I didn't have buttermilk so I used light cream instead. I'm making my second batch tonight and instead of store bought I made homemade applesauce with cinnamon and nutmeg...yummy!!! And definitely be generous with the topping, it's the best part!

made these muffins the first time w/the listed ingredients and they were fantastic. My husband even ate them. The second time I made them I used rasberries and had almonds on top and they were amazing. Plan on making these again and again. Great snack just before working out. Wish Ellie was on more.

These are "good for being healthy". I cut the oil in half and added a little extra applesauce and they still had great flavor. I put Pam in the liners, but they still stuck a little; they must be coated well. I also made 1 1/2x the amount of crumb topping and it was perfect.

I'm always looking for new muffin recipes. These were wonderful. Easy to make, light, tasty. Nice for breakfast with coffee or to serve with brunch and not feel like you're eating all your calories for the day in one bite.

These are some of the best muffins I've ever had. I made them and my kids devoured them, so they are family friendly.

These are really great muffins. They're light and moist and you wont even believe they're healty. I added an extra apple, 2 tsp. of cinnamon and a cup of pecans to my batter to spice it up and they were great. definately worth a try

These don't taste like a lowfat muffin. They are moist and delicious. But there is only 1/4c of canola and you get 12 generous muffins. This recipe is a keeper.
