These are very tasty muffins. I did add a little cinnamon to the batter. I also found that they do stick to paper muffin liners but not aluminum liners. I loved the chunks of fresh apple.

These are by far the best muffins I've made. It's so easy and having one of these in the mornings not only makes a quick breakfast but it's also delicious + healthy!
Like some others, I couldn't find whole wheat pastry flour in my local grocery - if you do not want to compromise your whole grains, I did what one reviewer suggested: 3/4 cup of whole wheat flour + one tbs of cornstarch.

These arent your typical healthy muffins. They are so moist and easy to make. Wonderful way to get in whole grain.

These came out really good - moist and sweet. The recipe makes really large muffins. I had more than enough to fill 12 regular muffin cups.

One of the best muffin recipes I've had! I added cinnamon to the batter and nutmeg as well.

These are great. Not sure if we can get whole weat pastry flour in the supermarket here in NZ (I've never seen it anyway so I used plain wholemeal flour. These have a great apply taste and I loved the topping, although next time I will add some cinnamon to the batter and I will try the apple topping suggestion from another reviewer as my 6yr old is not keen on nuts. I have loved being able to pull one out of the freezer in the morning to have with lunch and it'd make a good breakfast on the go as well.

These muffins are great! They're soft and chewy inside, plus they've got a sweetness to them that's not overpowering. Plus they're easy to make!
