    Excellent dish in all respects. Easy to Prepare, Wonderful Balance of flavors, and a great one dish meal. I thought the peanut butter (used Peter Pan did not dominate the vegetables, and the fresh lime juice was the key ingredient. Substitutions: regular soy sauce and petite English Peas for sugar snap peas.

    This was delicious, served either hot or cold. The sauce combined perfectly with the pasta and veggies. In fact I think the sauce can also be served with the veggies alone as a dip. I used whole wheat spaghetti - a 13.2 oz box seemed to work well for the quantities of sauce and veggies here. Be sure to drain the pasta really well or else the liquid can thin out your sauce. I used hot sauce in place of the red pepper flakes, and I omitted the toasted peanuts on top to save on calories. Highly recommend this great recipe and will definitely make it again this weekend.
