    I'd recommend making it ahead of time - let the sauce sink in. Just like old Pad Thai tastes better the next day! I caught my boyfriend eating it cold out of the fridge.

    I just made this dish and really liked it. It is easy to make and has a good taste...however I added a few more pepper flakes than it calls for and next time will only use broccoli and snow peas...the sugar snap peas didn't add a lot to the dish. Next time I will also add red peppers too...I think the flavors would blend nicely.

    For me, this one is not a keeper. The flavors were unremarkable. The tase of the peanut butter dominated the dish.
