Delicious! What a yummy, light, meat-free meal to have! I added extra goat-cheese (of course and it was a fantastic treat. Yum...

Really yummy! I didn't find it to be dry at all. I substituted spinach for the arugula, and I also added some tomato and basil to the top of it. The goat cheese added a really nice flavor as well. I'll definitely make it again!

Love the basic idea of this one but of course, we all like to play around with it after reading other reviews so here's what I did. I doubled the onions, cooking them until they're starting to get brown and crispy and add some fresh thyme. Used whole wheat naan breads from Trader's, great results. Brushed them with EVOO, salt and pepper and added a little shredded gouda for the creamy pizza-y texture. Put them right on the grill but be careful with the heat. Next time may use the pizza stone (yes, on the grill, stick it in there while the grill is heating up. Stuck with the arrugula because again, Trader's always has it ready to go in bags. Next time will also maybe add some rendered pancetta. Delish!

I've made this recipe many times and every time I make it, its a hit! Since I have a pizza stone, I used pizza dough that I bought from my local pizza store and it came out great! The only thing I would say is it may look like a lot of onions at first but once they caramelize they shrink and they are not overpowering at all.

The flavors were good, but the pizza was too dry.

I love this recipe! I just rediscovered it after not making it for a few years, and it was so good tonight! I couldn't get arugula at the store, so I subbed spinach for it. Just as good!

I didn't make this recipe as is but I did use it as a base recipe. I used a Boboli pizza crust instead of the whole wheat tortillas, I added Fennel to my red onion and arugula and I drizzled EVOO and Balsamic Vinegar on top of the crust as the "sauce". After I topped the crust with the caramelized onions and fennel and wilted arugula, I then added some prosciutto on top before adding my goat cheese and I baked for about 18 mins instead of 10 mins. I will add that I used no salt and no pepper either and you couldn't tell! My husband and I LOVED it!! I will definitely be making this one again and again!!

This is a wonderful, healthy pizza recipe! Very light for an afternoon lunch and simply delicious! I too added some sliced baby bellas, spinach instead of arugula, and aged balsamic to the recipe and it is fabulous! Highly recommend!

What a wonderful and healthy twist on pizza! I didn't have arugula so I used baby spinach, added some minced garlic. After I baked it, I added sliced grape tomatoes and chopped parsley. Topped with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar, this was truly an amazing dish!

Yum! I used spinach instead of arugula, added one egg white towards the end of caramelizing the onions, and some sun dried tomatoes before I put it in the oven. Great breakfast!
