    Excellent. Didn't have arugula so used fresh baby spinach. The pesto was a delight & easy. I did add a little bit of evoo to tone down the vinegar.

    This was delicious! I have a recent obsession with pesto, and I can't wait to put this on EVERYTHING! Also, the salad was very simple yet seemed fancy with the beautiful tomatoes and yummy artichokes!
